Free Shipping Items

For customers who choose the Free Shipping (without tracking) option, please keep in mind that we will only provide you with proof of delivery. After this, you will not be able to track the whereabouts of your order and the product may not arrive at your doorstep. If you still have not received your order after 60 days, we will escalate the issue to our secondary support team and refund your money, no questions asked.

If your order is over $75, we strongly recommend that you choose our Standard Shipping (with tracking) option so that you can track your order at all times until it arrives at your doorstep.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 45 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions once the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from https://bajiehealthcare.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.

The returned item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Items must be returned unused, in the same condition we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. Items with stains, folded cards, broken seals/broken plastic foil will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange products if they are returned to us in an unacceptable condition. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, wrong products purchased, and products damaged by mishandling by the customer.

Returns may be refused without a receipt. BaJie reserves the right to refuse any returns.

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Simply unhappy with your order?

Please contact our customer support team to start the return process. Please include the following:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)

Full shipping address

Contact phone number

In some cases, you may need to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or exchange the product.

How long does the return process take?

It may take up to 14 business days to process a return from the date we receive your return. We will email you a confirmation once we have processed your return.

For returned items, if defective, a full refund will be issued. For non-defective items, refunds will exclude all shipping and handling charges.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank to inquire when the refund will be credited to your account.

If you have not received your refund for your return, please do the following:

Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the changes you would like to make, and we will confirm them once they have been made.

Any cancellations after the order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it was just a second late) as the merchant processor/credit card will charge us the cancellation fee.

Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
